Artwork Procedure

Once an order is placed & paid for, we will send you an automatic email response regarding the artwork.  The email will give you the option to either attach your artwork in one of the formats outlined below, or specify what you require on the banner.
If you require us to design something more complex for your banners, an additional artwork charge will apply, which we will be happy to provide you with a quote for.

ACCEPTABLE ARTWORK CHECKLIST - before sending your file please check -

File is saved in either eps or pdf  format (all fonts are outlined), high res jpeg  or tiff file.
Fonts are outlined - (converted to paths - even if you think the fonts are embedded please convert to outlines as we can accept no responsibility for changes in fonts)
File is in CMYK colour mode
Images are of good enough quality for a large scale banner - recommended 300dpi images
If banner is on a white background there is a thin black stroke to enable cutting
Artwork that needs to be visible is not in the bleed areas (roller banners)
Banner dimensions are correct – please supply at 100% where possible if this makes the file size too large please include the scale you are working too.

Artwork that is not in a print ready will need to be resupplied or additional artwork charges may apply if we are required to rectify any problems.
If you require a proof of your artwork at additional charge will need to be added, please call for details.
